The t3 Torp bomber seems useless simply because it costs the same as a cruiser, which it will most likely be used to kill it, so if you fail at killing the cruiser then you pretty much lost the equivalent cost of a cruiser easily.

You can discuss it here. In a week (the 22 february), their author must give me some numbers for the changes.
These numbers will be submitted to a vote for another week, then implemented on the balance patch mod if they are voted over 60% positive.

If I don't have numbers in a week, the change will not make it further.

The survey is almost ready and will be published tomorrow.

Last time we had problems with people trying to cheat with spambots. So this time, I had to spend some time to avoid that kind of losers.

You will get a token tied to your FAF account. It will be displayed when you login (with a direct link to complete the survey).

You can change your votes as many times as you want. You can see the results of the survey at any point in time too.

Some changes did not make it to the survey because it's too much time to test the changes (the sacrifice engy function), or on the contrary, it's so obvious that they will make it to the balance patch with no voting (shield rebalance and aeon T1 bomber tweak).

That doesn't mean that these changes will be in 3622 : There will be a testing phase where you still can express yourself against them.
