Dragonfire: UI Analysis

spooky9 already made a good ui analysis:

This thread is mainly for the "Setons Council" to define "ui guidlines"

Topics
  • Navigation between apps (Chat, Games, Replay)
  • PopUps vs Integrated Context Frames
  • Context Sensitive Filtering (top, right, bottom?)
  • Subnavigation over tabs at the top?
  • Basic design (frameless?, margins? colors?)

General we have this areas:
  • Titlebar
  • Subnavigation
  • main content
  • filtering content / settings
  • integrated frame for static actions/navigation/hotkeys ... (e.g. host game, create coop game)
  • global notification (over notification system or automatch found)
