New stats/leaderboard.

In order to make changes easier, I'm currently implementing some new functions in the server.

Here is it :

https://bitbucket.org/thepilot/forged-a ... wiki/stats

Ie. sending
"type="divisions", league=4"

you will get all the divisions name in the tier 3 league.

It's up to the lobby to display the infos now :-D

I waited ten years for Supreme Commander (1997-2007)
and have not a single day felt disappointed with it!

Could it be possible to have also more informations for the 1vs1 ranking? (it might not be too hard to add i guess)

as the page is pretty empty, it could be nice to get something like rating-win-lose-draw-winratio-number of games played
