Uveso made some text files on pastebin and linked them in this thread some time ago not sure how much of the work that had to be done back then is still unfinished and how much new content we added since then that didn't come with translations.
I'll poke him and ask him to make a new paste with stuff that needs to be translated for you.

I can give you the plain english text for translation to french and merge it to the game, or i can show you how to make your own PR on Github.

I do not know the GitHub site, and I do not know what a PR is.
And I have no programming skills.

And I would like, if possible, to experiment with my local client.
Like : do some parts, to see if there are no shells or badly translated or missing text.

I'm waiting for your answer, in order to have the best way to propose a fully translated French version of this game.

If GitHub, (although I do not know his role), is more convenient for you, I'm not closed to the idea of using it if it's not too complicated for me to use it.

we currently have a PR which was mostly done by rackover and some suggestions by keyser
if you want to help you can check it out or wait until it is available easily via the develop game mode and then look at the changes in game
