Other language FA in 3622

The new string file in patch 3622 will make the game running in English.
There are still some people using other language version, it cause problems especially for newbies who don't speak English.

The exit warning is not very important, so only hooking "lua/ui/help/unitdescriptions.lua" may be a better way?
I've override it back by another way and trying to share that to buddies in my country, but it's always nice to save a step for newbies.
