Automatic eject of observers/defeated players

I don't know if this is possible to do, however. I recently had to wait in a 16 player game, because one of defeated players who was still spectating the game, disconnected. We waited for six or so minutes before we got the 'eject' option.

Is it possible to eject disconnected observers and defeated players to get ejected automatically if they disconnect or have high ping or other connection problems?

Even though there is a host to every game, the game is peer to peer. The host (nor any other instance) has the power to kick anybody out of the game. The game is paused until everybody looses/breaks connection to this one computer. Unfortunately a single broken connection between the (#players * #players-1) connections is enough to pause the whole game. In this case it does not continue until one of the broken ends disconnects (closes the game). Maybe it took so long because the observer did not leave the game but waited for it to continue.

In case 2 players lose connection of which 1 was dead and is afk, pm a mod and he can eject the dead player.

I wish they had a votekick system, just so player who lag could be kicked more easily.
