Your sentence structure is amazingly poor with the bolded, but I parsed what you were trying to say. For air production, it wouldn't change too much in regards to ASFs, but it would increase the usability of Strat Bombers, since Strat bombers have such a low mass per tic production rate that Engies can't help it too much. The main balance issue is the increase of factory HP and factory HP Regen. Heavily nerf the increase of factory HP and eliminate factory regen entirely. After that, it would do what Engie mod did but even more so, making early factories much more painful to lose.What I also noticed while testing TVG out in campaign, is that it takes a very long time for factories to level up on their own, but Engineering buildings level up incredibly fast due to how the veterancy is handled for both. That is what overpowers it and would break the game in terms of balance, because outside of mods, Sera and Aeon do not have engineering buildings. It should be reversed, with factories earning exp per unit of construction.
Another thing is the Czar and Fatboy gaining Veterancy levels through unit production. That's OP as f***, because they gain HP and damage veterancy without combat.
Like still using Cybran T1 arty for example with T3 units..not sure what FAF has done completely with Cybran but in those regards though still would be of interest.
They pigeonholed Cybran a bit by killing the Cerberus turrets. Jealous bastards. We still have the best t3 mobile arty and stratbombers.
