What mod could: cancel build queue except current item?

hotbuild was able to do this and implemented version is missing this, it was combination of alt + key to cancel build qeue expect the one unit that was being built and new add the new one depending on that
or maybe ctrl + ald + key ... dont remember excatly, it long time already, but it was extremely usefull

I wonder why they didnt implement the version with this ability
