Supreme Economy 2.1

Supreme Economy is a popular mod created by MaCielPL but it's causing severe lag late game if you have lots of units.

Uplpoaded a bugfixed version of SupEco v2 which removes the lag + the reset message that spams the screen more often than not. There's also a version of SupEco which uses EcoManager's way of getting units to minimize lag.

So, if you want to use Supreme Economy without EcoManager download Supreme Economy 2.1, otherwise download Supreme Economy EM-edition. Search for them in UI-vault

Supreme Economy selects all units in UI to be able to check status of mexes etc. This occurs in the background but the problem was that it triggers all the select stuff like sound, changing of UI panes (construction etc) which lags the UI.

With the fix it no longer trigger the normal select stuff when doing it so it becomes less laggy. The EM-version is even less laggy, it gets the units from EM so double work is prevented.

i am quite confused as there is supreme economy and ecomanager, dont they offer kind of the same functionality?

there is also a supreme economy v3 beta on https://sites.google.com/site/supecono/. so this one still has the performance bug for late game?

doenst it make sense to join both mods into one? tried contacting the author of supereconomy, but mail comes back unreachable...

I would like to try it out, but when I try to activate it inside the mod manager, it says:
mod can not be enabled, because it requires this mod: ecbf6277-etc.etc.etc.

Which mod should I install to get this mod running?

Hey,

Since the new GAZUI/hotbuild for FAF came on-line it seems that Supreme Economy 2.1 (nolag) version is not working properly. I believe that it has been causing some strange score screen issues and some issues while watching replays.

I still need to do more testing to find the core cause. Is there something I can do to help you fix this ?

Probably crashes and pulls down UI with it.

Hello,

I ran this replay I first selected 1 players point of view. Then another players point of view and I finished the replay watching 1 players point of view. I wanted to see the resource usage so I tried to exit in the score screen. It does not let me use the score screen button nothing happens. Then I try to use the end game button from the menu still nothing happens.

Finally I select exit to windows and that works. Here are the game logs below.


I will leave the log here but I nuked my old game preference file in case it was old GazUI stuff messing me up. That seems to have fixed most things so I think the mod is ok. Thanks for the work on it btw.
