Engie reclaim range

I have seen a mod where you can get the engineers reclaim range when you hit the reclaim btton (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DM2uj1mPebU), but I am unable to find out which mod its from. I have tried to google and search in the forum, but I am unable to find it. Could someone point me in the right direction? :)

additional camera stuff -> it's in the mod vault
it works when holding down shift or ctrl - depending on your settings in the mod
