There are certainly some options in LOUD that will affect building times.

I've installed loud & made sure its up to date with the updater. I started a Skirmish game, but I have no buildings panel to build when I click on my commander. What am I missing?

Create a new profile from the Main Menu. That should fix you up.

I had the same problem as the last poster with no build menu for the commander. I created a new profile which fixed the build menu problem but it seems that the addons from mayhem and black ops are not present. Is there any fix for this?

Also, the invite for the discord server is not valid.

You'll need to turn on Total Mayhem and Black Ops in the Mod Manager - you'll find that under Extras in the Main Menu - along with the many other mods we include with the package.

The Discord invite is now located in the launcher itself - under the HELP tab.

Is there any way to have LOUD AI stand alone?

I don't care about performance if it comes at price of reduced eye candy. Which is definitely the situation as it is.

I just like to have smartest AI possible.

LOUD is an integrated package, and there's no way currently to separate out only the AI changes. If the eye candy is of importance, it would probably be easier to work on adding graphics effects back in.

Many of the graphical reductions have been returned to normal - but are implemented with a dynamic system that will turn them down - or off - if the sim speed drops below zero.

As for the AI - you really can't have the AI without all the background work that went into making it possible in the first place - and that includes much of the performance improvements. While certainly some of the structural concepts could be moved over - and definitions and such - LOUD has re-written or created many of it's own functions, which would require extensive hooking to be used as a part of the vanilla or FAF codebase. That would be a great deal of work - possible - but a task for someone else I'm afraid.
