HELP IM NEW AND DONT UNDERSTAND!

The things i dont understand is eco wise and mainly construction wise so basicly everything i guess im currently 2-24 and im just not getting the game understood can anyone help/train me?

Ok ill try to verify deeper into what im having trouble with.
1. I really cant understand how to keep my mass positive its normally allways negitive for me upgrade it and stuff ya ik but never seems to help me
2. power wise i do ok but still never the best i guess this isnt that bad
3. i join games with a team and they allways tell me to rush but my army buils so slow doe to the 2 thing above /\
4. i just dont know what really o play where/when/why idk how to veryify 4 its just something thats happends in a middle of the game

If you are always negative in mass, you are either claiming your mass extractors too slow (you should do that as fast as possible), or you are spending too much. Don't spend more then you have.

A common mistake I see in new players is trying to upgrade mass extractors too early, effectively trying to skip T1, and it sounds like you might be doing that. To upgrade one mex costs the same as 20 tanks and (assuming full build speed) takes 3.5 minutes to pay for itself.

So if you upgrade a mex too early you have gifted your opponent 20 tanks and given him at least 4 minutes to use them as he sees fit. In 1v1 this will mean 20 tanks in your base and no real way to defend against them.

In 1v1, don't upgrade mexes before you have a secure grasp on a large part of the map, and make sure you claim every mass point as soon as possible.

Team games can be different depending on the map and your position in the team, but unless you're in a completely safe position you should not go straight for tech.
