banned from FAF due to smurf/proxy

Hi,

first, thanks to all guys involved in faf for keeping this - best game ever - alive.

I hadn t played anything for a while and startet to install faf in a bootcamp position on my mac and created an account while beeing in win via parallels, furthermore beeing logged in via vpn in our university network.

My first account "Fzen" was immediatly banned for:

"Your are banned from FAF. Reason: No smurf/proxy allowed."

i tried to create a second "Fchen" without knowing that just one was allowed.

the second is blocked because of:

"Unique Id found for another user. Multiple accounts are not allowed"

could anyone help? kill the banned account?

unblock the other, do whatever?

i would be really glad if somebody could do... something?
