T1 Pgen spam

Postby Flynn » 22 Jan 2013, 19:14

Question: Is it more efficient to get two engineers working on one line of T1 Pgens or two engineers working on their own seperate lines of T1 Pgens?

two engys on one line is more effective.

i'd say it gets ineffective at more then ~4-6 engys at one line, but thats just feeling based and you may experience other results if you do a proper test.

I do it often that I send 1 engy to build up the "line" (as many players I have a template where all these pgens are a bit seperated! don't make a straight line! Its a good target for your opponent).
In special situations - for example on a bigger map where I need some more radars or where I need more air. I send another engy building a template of 9 pgens and an air fac. I do it like this only because of the "automatic" stop of building additional pgens.
Otherwise it can happen that I lose focus on the energy and build too much, what is better invested into tanks ...
