t1 mex only give you a steady 2 mass per secound. since your not really gonna have time to upgrade it the reclaim is worth more because it takes more to build facts and multiple units then a single mex so you should reclaim first. also games generally last only 15 or so min you wont get much benefit from just upgrading a bunch of mexes rather then reclaiming and producing more now.
