Aha, txs a lot. What has the biggest impact on rating ? Wins, mas, energy, kills?

I am traying to change Fraction but every time I am given the same. The same that I was playing first gama. Also I can not change my color.

My FA is very slow and sometimes is frozen. Sometimes I cannot start, receiving mesage that its not compatible with my windows.
What should I do to solve this?
