Client Installation Error

I'm trying to reinstall the client and i get the following messages:

i have used CCleaner several times to clean the registry, i've gone into every folder i can think of, including the temp one mentioned in the error and deleted every reference to FAF i can find...anyone know what i can do about about it?
running Win10x64
