Does anyone else out there kind of not want another RTS to be good? I feel like it would kill FAF, then die itself. And nothing would be left. Or maybe I'm a touch dramatic.

Or maybe Supcom 3 will come out soon and kill everything

I agree. But FA has some fundamental flaws that won't ever be overcome (like pathfinding).

Not to mention it lacks multi-cpu support which should enable every on-screen projectile to be calculated without a mega performance drop at top gfx levels...
