There is no way to reduce ping.

They can only connect to FAF through VPN because of the great firewall of China.

Was recently thinking about whether SupCom is played in any Asian countries.
Guess I got my answer.

Pretty cool that they got their own FA community over there. Didn't expect it to be that big. (although 500 out of 1,4 billion is nothing)

Would be fantastic if we could enable them to join the FAF community.

Can you communicate with them, Lux?

Guys you are missing the point, these people can't play through FAF because their pings are unplayable. Why do you think Lu_Xun doesn't play on FAF?

I'm aware of that, but we could at least chat with them in Aeolus and let them play with each other.

On another note, now that we have discovered a decently sized community in China, we should see if there are any in South Korea and Japan.

How did you find out about the Chinese community?

well there should be a list somewhere with a few words translated to chinese or with the chinese equivalent.
things like:
snipe
air
land
naval
t1
t2
t3
AA
asf
bomber
so if a chinese player sees that he knows what it means

I have seen the chinese just using "t1" and "t2" etc for the most part and google translate can make up the rest some of the time.

Lu_Xun always sounds like a Chinese name to me, either the name of a famous writer or a famous general during the three kingdoms period, it's surprised to know he don't know Chinese at all.
