It would permit to build t1 pd on it, shield, make some art of bridge between lands or make bigger base ....

Although the engine supports terrain modding, it's very very messy to do, and best to not get into it.

I remember seeing a mod on youtube that allowed build able platforms that you could walk on. Dont think you could build on them and dont know if they could work on water. cant find vid though.

There is a terraforming mod around somewhere for FA. It works pretty well but in use it courses way more problems than it solves. Like steps which make units stick and stuff like that.

Also, the ability to form the terrain might be a little balancing-problem :lol:

this could also allow all faction to use stealth fields on water not only cybryan ... ok not mobile stealth but stationnary.
allow also shield for cybryan .....

I admit, I quite like this idea. Roanoke with sneaky bases in the corners, expanding sludge gameplay, anti-naval bases in open waters. It would entirely change the meta for a lot of water maps.
