Are Novax shold be able to build Aeon Artemis satellite now?

I'm having similar problems as someone previously. My commander is invisible and I cannot build anything. I installed everything directly from the vault and double checked they are in the correct directory "/mods". Any help would be appreciated, I have Black-Ops FAF unleashed/Black-Ops FAF Exunits/Black-Ops FAF ACU's all installed but no one or combination or two or three work at all. On the ACU's mod only 2 commanders spawn.

[EDIT] I think I see my problem. I'm trying to play FAF version through Steam without the FAF client. Where can I find the most recent version of Black-Ops that is game compatible without it being the FAF version?

black-ops AFAIK is only beeing maintaned for faf
