https://github.com/aeoncleanse/Mods/issues/259 - we are aware of the issue but someone needs to find some time to fix it

I found a bug on the newest version of Brewlan that came out. The races T3 transports don't spawn with their shields working and in Orbital Wars 1.36, the t3 seraphim battleship does no damage with its weapons.
