Goliath invincible

After fighting a goliath it appears it is taking no damage after vetting a couple ranks. I had 5 gcs on it and it's health didn't change. Also tried a nuke direct hit still nothing. It only lost a couple thousand hp after i hit it with an artemis which it promptly regened. It's not the regen that is bugged, it seems to go up at a balanced rate. It's like it has a near 100% armour value or something, I have no idea. This is v13 btw.

Like I agree it needs a buff to it's health or regen for how much it costs but this is just taking it a little too far lmao. :P :P :P

afaik there is no armor for the goliath for anything so it should take 100% dmg

Looks like active tanking in eve, you need alpha damage to kill the target ;), GC can't help there

btw i can't watch your replays without desync cause you're using a sim mod (shields v3.5) that is not in the mod vault

Ofc. I shall do a blackops mod only UEF fest to further investigate for a watchable replay. Also on another note, do you happen to know if version 13 fixes the overcharge against ACUs? The v13 lua file is a little ambiguous at first glance. I never managed to get that fixed in v12 even with those extra lines you had me add.

ACU armor is fixed in V13 of BlackOps yes.

The UEF Goliath experimental has some errors inside the drone scripts.

Because of this error the onDamage function is not available to the unit after the 1st drone starts.

Thats why its not getting damage.

This can only be fixed inside the Goliath unit script file.

Apha (strike):
If 2 units start to fight, the first shoot in a fight is called alpha strike.
In Eve-Online it also means, its a surprising attack and makes double of the normal dammage.
In some other games like Mechwarrior-Online it only means, you fire all your weapons at the same time.

We don't have such a system in SupCom.
