Issue with BlackOps Installing

This is an old thread but i just really need help with getting the blackops unleashed unit pack properly installed. Im pretty familiar with modding and already added a few maps and mods to SupCom FA.

When I install blackops unleashed v3.2 I follow the readme instructions: place "BlackOpsBalance" and "BlackOpsUnleashed" folders into my "mods" folder then move "BlackOpsSB.xsb" and "BlackOpsWB.xwb" to sound folder. But when I enable this mod ingame it gives me an error message saying it cannot be enabled without the following mod installed: "9e8ea941-c306-4751-b367-f00000000002".

I read the comments from the website I used "supremecommander.filefront.com" and some people said they got the same problem. Does anyone know how to fix this issue???
