torpedo com targeting bug

there is a bug with targeting and range.

You can target unit with torp com, but the com will target only when it come to gun range !
other wise you can't control torpedo com targeting.

Is there bug abuse possible ?
take 2 destro and attack torpedo com. when 1 destro is getting low on health, get it out of torp com range. Then get back into battle. You just need to avoid to get into gun range. torpedo com won't be able to focus down the destro badly damaged.

btw, do you know why when you move a destro, it f*** up his torpedo firing cycle ?

last replay to show you that it depends of gun range for the targeting.
1 ACU without gun + torpedo
1 ACU gun + torpedo

ACU with gun can re-target from 30 range, when the one without gun need to go to 22 range
