Reclaiming enemy building

I was able to start reclaiming my opponents PD while he was building it, afaik it should not be possible?

of course it should be possible.
It's a feature, not a bug.

as i understand, maybe you sould be able to reclaim it while he builds it, But usually you can't reclaim buiding while opponents builds it, so that was some kind of exeption or glich

This is one of those things that aren't restricted by the simulation, but by the UI.

It's possible to do through a potential UI glitch or straight up modification of UI code.
