shield disruptor bug [SOLVED]

shield disruptor doesn't work on personal shield

=> ACU personal shield (aeon and uef)
=> sACU personal shield (sera uef and aeon)
=> harby, titan and obsidian

does work on mobile shield (uef, aeon and sera) and on bubble uef sACU and bubble uef ACU.
didn't try on mobile shield boat, but i guess it work since it's not a personal shield.

That must have gotten snuck in at some patch. Used to work at least vs ACU personal shield (and was a nice counter to it).
