Game minimized at start on windows 8.1 [SOLVED]

Hello,
a friend of mine can't play anymore on fa, he was playing on steam but now with faf he can't, when he joins a game on faf or hosts one, the game starts but it minimized itself at start so he can't play, we tried to maximize/put to front in the task manager but didn't fix it...

I've hearded in the tchat that someone had this issue too...

So any solution ?

Oh finally we found the solution.

We added the "-windowed" for game of option on steam of fa and it works.
