Unable to install FAF

Hi, so as the title says, i'm unable to install FAF, keep getting a "Dlls required for installer were not found" error. What dlls are required here? I tried updating some MS packages, searching this forum, but nothing really worked yet. I assume there are no logs since it doesnt even begin installing, but i'm on W8.1/x64 if that helps.
