Unable to login to the lobby

I recently created a new account and whenever I try to login it just sits there with a little window saying "Connecting... Logging in..." I have let it sit there for an hour and then restarted my PC. I have even explored the forums but nothing has come up that has helped. Some help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

If you've made a new account, try logging in with the old one.
FAF doesn't allow multiple accounts on the same computer.
