UI can't load properly while watching replay

Recently I started getting a really strange bug that had never occurred before. Sometimes when I watch a replay the UI fails to load properly like this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/lh0spu6xs8nj1 ... 7.png?dl=0

Also partytime's cartographic minimap doesn't work for me anymore (it simply doesn't load, but instead uses the standard minimap), which might be related

This appears to be the same problem as was reported here:
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=9236

Does this only happen when watching replays? That may explain the lack of success reproducing it.

Only when watching replays. I haven't found any other consistencies yet

yes, start normal game, then watch replay again
