No im not. But i will try turning my AV off and watch how the game works closely.

So under a pressure of circumstances i had to reinstall my win 10 for win 10. This appears to have fixed problems #1 and #2. However the last two are still present. Also i switched my antivirus and though conclusion might be rushed it is either both antivirus affect the game the same or neither one does. Didn't do full switch off test yet because my bad memory, lazyness and somewhat lack of time.
Btw not sure if i mentioned it but switching all ui mods off doesn't help too. It was a happy coincedence after my fresh faf install that first i forgot to copy and then turn them on in two games so i unintentionally tested both cases.
