Cannot use "Q" for repeat factory build

Hello my fellow FAF players, since the last update (I haven't played consistently for the past 2 years!) I cannot seem to bind the "Q" button on my keyboard for repeat builds on factories.

This is most frustrating as that button is perfect for repeat building.
