resetting my password dont receive mail

Hello,

I wanted to reset password because i set it automaticly to logon. and now i dont remember it anymore. If i try to reset i dont get a email, i whitelisted it already. but no succes, im talking about my hotmail *geertjanwest1 hotmail"

It goes about geertjanwest1 account.

I played so many games already. I hope it is resolved very soon. Because when i try my other account geertjanwest2, and there reset my password it works. and that is with gmail

Please do not double post, one post is enough. Additionally, FAF only allows one account per user due to smurfing. Please DO NOT use multiple accounts.

There is no geertjanwest1 account. And the email providers you specified do not match the ones you registered with aswell.

I always played with geertjanwest1. So i now have created new account geertjanwest2 that is registrerd on gmail now the emails come in. but the account geertjanwest1 used to be coupled to geertjanwest1@hotmail.com and im talking about the fafclient here

Hello,

there is no and there was no account on FAF called geertjanwest1.

There is however an acc called Geertjanwest1 which is currently banned due to a fraudulent login attempt.

That is my account, i tried to reset it differen times because i do not receive my email in outlook about the password reset. i whitelisted it already.
i played 1340 rounds or so.

I would like to reset my password, i do not want to startt over

Geertjanwest1 has been banned for a fraudulent login attempt. From your login attempt it looks like the WMI service (windows management instrumentation) hasn't been running. I will now revoke both bans, please make sure this is running and attempt to login again. One of your login attempts probably worked but failed due to this (not due to false password)

Please additionally see my private message to you.

I also see some login attempts from your 2nd account being blocked due to your pc already being associated with your first account. FAF has a strict NO SMURF accounts policy. Please DO NOT use your second account anymore.

If you still can't login and fail to reset your password, please contact me again.
