This shouldn't have anything to do with the country of the host but it can be due to the host. (staying on connecting means there is no connection between the host and you)

I have no idea why this happened, I have forwarded your error but we currently have (nearly) no developer working on the python client (the one your logs are from).
I'm also currently working on an adapter used to replace the current FAF connectivity solution which should fix these problems. (sadly it'll soon be in the making for 2 years)

There are lot's of tests ongoing, take a look into the official discord, channel: ice-testing, there's even one going on right now, feel free to join. We plan to deploy this onto the production (real) server soon. (currently planned is 24th of september)

Please do not create one post after the other, you can also get interactive technical support on the discord server. We are looking to your problem but do not have the man power to do so currently. So current fixes I can think of is download the other (beta) client from the website (your error comes from the python client you're using) or join the connectivity tests and wait.

Wrong alarm. Bug fixed himself. I mean now connection avaible to all lobbys.

Can be problem in pirat emulasion of disk? Cos when i reboot pc and offed pirat emulation cd game start work.

I still can connect to all players. But i have metod to connect to some amount of players. Just need to wait some time after reproxy (downlord client) and try to connect to some lobby with some players for check results.
