Failed to calculate UID

I launch my game and I get this message "Failed to calculate you unique ID (a part of our smurf prevention system). Please report this to the tech support forum!" and if I hit ok it takes me to a login screen and when I type my id and password it brings the same error of and a reinstall of the program did not fix it

if you take a quick look at the tech support sub forum you'll notice that this issue has been brought up 20 times in the last month and that you should make sure that your antivirus doesn't delete the faf-uid.exe and reinstall the faf client so you get that file again

if your AV software wipes/blocks the faf-uid.exe then you get the failed to calc UID error
