Dead/glitched lobbies

Right now, 8:33 pm EST, there are 2 games by "arisg3" hosted that have been there fore awhile (several hours at least) and cannot be joined because arisg3 left, and are clearly glitched lobbies or something. Any reason why that might be or a possible fix?

It's fixed, but not before the next server restart.
