Server down for maintainence

so i get this message each time I install the product. I have totally wiped my game and reinstalled from scratch and i still get this

please help

If you don't having it directly, chances are that your login is wrong :)

Nope, here is the log from the server :

09-16 19:16 FAServerThread INFO Received signal: LOGIN_REQUEST
09-16 19:16 FAServerThread INFO login: quelsen
09-16 19:16 FAServerThread INFO password: .....
09-16 19:16 FAServerThread DEBUG login not okay for quelsen

Check for mixed case.

FAF doesn't allow multi accounts, I can delete one of them if you like.

Quelsen2 is renamed as quelsen, same password.

Zep, you need in large bold letters CASE SENSATIVE above the user name feild of the login screen.
