Correct Scores:
GAME SCORES : Wiggin : -1, pathfinder : -1, Destructor : 7, esparano : 5, (At least, I think that's what it should be)

At some point at the end, the scores were :

{'Wiggin': -1, 'pathfinder': -1, 'Destructor': 6, 'esparano': 6}

Seems correct.

But then :

DEBUG Destructor (place 4) is defeat 0

That's a little issue I've feared : An army out of the game send "out of sync" reports. I will patch it tonight.

But if you have a replay, that would help.

GAME SCORES : swisskosmus : -1, MEHTAT : 0, Green911 : -1, esparano : 0,

swisskosmus and I were on a team. Swisskosmus and mehtat were both killed simultaneously, then I killed green911. The scores should be something like:
swisskosmus : -1, MEHTAT : -1, Green911 : 0, esparano : 6,
although I'm not entirely sure how the scoring system works at the moment. It seems like people get -1 for dying early OR for disconnecting.

I suggest this score method for TeamPlay:

It gets a bit complicated because people could leave the game when their partner is killed, or they could continue and attempt to save a point by killing both AI commys, yet risk losing an extra point if they lose another human commy.

Win for Human
Win = [+4] points … you killed both AI commys and both human commys were still in game and all AI units are dead.
Win = [+3] points … you killed one AI commy and both human commys were still in game and all AI units are dead.
Win = [+2] points … you killed zero AI commys and both human commys were still in game and all AI units are dead.

It is important to factor in that the AI can win even when it loses its commy...

Win for AI
Win = [+4] points … AI killed both human commys and all human units are dead.
Win = [+3] points … AI killed one human commy and all human units are dead.
Win = [+2] points … AI killed zero human commys and all human units are dead.
Win = [+2] points … AI killed both human commys and lost its commy and all human units are dead.
Win = [+1] points … AI killed one human commy and lost its commy and all human units are dead.
Win = [+1] points … AI killed zero human commys and lost its commy and all human units are dead.

Human loss
Loss =[ 0] … you killed both AI commys and your partner lost his commy.
Loss =[-1] … you killed one AI commy and your partner lost his commy.
Loss =[-2] … you killed one AI commy and you lost your commy.
Lose= [-2] … you killed zero AI commys and your partner lost his commy.
Lose= [-2] … you killed zero AI commys and you lost your commy.

So a typical Win for human team would give:
H1[+3], H2[+3], AI1[-2], AI2[-2] ---or--- H1[+4], H2[+2], AI1[-2], AI2[-2]

...and a Loss would be like
H1[-2], H2[-2], AI1[+3], AI2[+3] ---or--- H1[-2], H2[-1], AI1[+2], AI2[+3] ---or--- H1[-2], H2[-1], AI1[+2], AI2[+3]

H1[-2], H2[-1], AI1[+2], AI2[+1] ---or--- H1[-2], H2[ 0], AI1[+1], AI2[+1] ---or--- H1[-2], H2[-1], AI1[+1], AI2[+3]

You are getting -1 for disconnecting, because your army is going out of the game, it's normal and wanted.

The bug you have is the same that I've described above : a player out of game but still watching the game is sending incorrect scores, I have to filter them :) (the score were correct before that).
