hello I am Italian my old account was Crusader_'m an old player and alliance forged 'from 9 tonight I try to install the update but it crashes when writing new files and does not continue. What should I do? Thank you in advance who will be able 'to give me a hand ..

and 'stuck in the status bar for almost 30 minutes and nothing happens ...... the update and' the 598

Try uninstalling any previous version first.
Clear any remaining directory manually if you have to.

iI'm trying to uninstall from the control panel windows but does not work is in preparation for the uninstall ..... I'm going crazy

Well, search for program cleaner, can't help you much. We are using MSI, it's the official MS installer format, so any issue you have with it are more related to MS than FAF.
