Seems kinda weird that a game supposed to be highly modable like SupCom would have this kind of silly limitation. I thought the whole point of a mobile factory was the build units on the move and then deploy them on the battlefield :? I am only surprised now because I always thought it was just a small bug and it was always intended to be how I said but it looks not.

Honestly they would be totally OP if they could build while moving.

Because they build really quickly, having a czar spam asf on its way to your base or having a fatboy littering the field with engineers or AA just seems way too powerful to me.

the only two CZARs i saw in my last 300 games were build by myself, so i dont think they are somehow near to op

He's got a good point though. I guess the limitation sort of provides a natural handicap. But I've never actually got them to build anything to observe how quickly they build. Maybe I'll have a play around in sandbox mode. Anyone know the cheat codes to spawn units?

Alt + F2

UI-Mods tend to change that, so if it's not working disable them

gaz ui tends to overwrite your default keymap wich includes all the debug keys.

just disabel it wont work you will have to delete your Games.prefs file wich is found in C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Local\Gas Powered Games\Supreme Commander Forged Alliance its a hidden path.

you could also just copy past the default keymap in that file to.

be careful if you delete the games.pref ... your build templates will be lost. smith should have added this info ;)

I see CZAR almost everyday in game now. They are OP, well at least MUCH more powerful than most people think.

HAving them building while moving wouldn't be OP, they build fast , but not fast enough that you would have a huge force to do significant damages, unless maybe on world domination lol.
