I can't join any game

Hi everybody.
I have a problem since 1 week i guess.
When i want to join a game, the game starts and "connecting..." is written but nothing happens. Connecting is written but i can wait 10mn without joining the game.
The strange thing is that this suddenly happened, i could play the last week without any problems...

What's more, i already have deleted and installed forger alliance forever back but the bug is still here.

How can I fix it??
