FAF Launcher not working

Hello, I have downloaded the launcher and installed, but when i log in in the launcher i get an error message:

It seems that you miss some important DLL.
Please install:

You probably have to restart your computer after installing them.

Well, I did, I downloaded the installers and launched them, both of them said that I have it and gave me the choice of uninstall or repair, so i did repair on both, restarted, still the same message. Doesn't work

Mine says that there is a dll file missing in the installer package.

I have the same message, but when i click on the links, Google gives me a 404 error.
