i would advice you to put apprentice at U1200, because U1600 and O1700 won't work (with a cap rating of 2900)
or you also lower the master lower rating, then you can raise (from 1200) the apprentice higher rating.
or you increase the cap rating to 3300

Rating cap of 2900 means that if you are in rating range of around 1250 to 1600 then you can't participate. Because the lowest possible rating for Master is 1700 so the highest possible rating for apprentice is 1200.
