No rating restrictions except for global rating to be more than 1000 (so there won't be teams with low-skilled players who will lose their games anyway).
Standard double elimination (final brackets will be available about 15:10 GMT time). You need to be online in FAF 10 minutes before the start of the tournament. Otherwise you will be considered as a "no-show".

Regarding disconnects: rehost game if a player disconnects or crashes for 1st time during first 4 in-game minutes of the match. Crash or disconnect later than 4 minutes - player considered destroyed. 2nd crash or disconnect - no rehost.

Games must be rated. Game is hosted by top player in the bracket.

Full share - after death all units go to ally.

No observers.

Dead player must quit the game right after explosion (if observers are on).

Just a tip, if you actually want multiple high level teams you should remove this. It might be easier for your stream, but its a major annoyance to the players

I would like to make it 2nd of June, but there is BHedit tournament announced, they may be against it. But I myself am pro 2nd of June.
