My rating is plummeting, is it recommended for someone of low skill level to enter?
My current rating is 700 and going down. was 900, tho . At this level, one week I could be 600 and a couple of weeks later I could be 900, depending on which lobbies I join. (some are farms, as I've found out)(<- not the user)
Should I enter the u2600 and if so, should I look for a partner around 1800-2000? Or should I spectate until I reach a comfortable 1000?

The rating section of the OP explains that you and your teammate must be within 800 rating of one another to prevent high rated people from sitting on the U2600 title and dominating the games. The earlier bracket is clearly meant for people trying to enter the competitive side of FAF, not 1800s.

I give the champions about 50 points of leeway, once they pass 2650 then I remove the title and wait for another group to win.

Also I will likely begin this coming round this Wednesday because the BO5 games are expected to be finished today.
