I think its a bit disapointing how a player comes forward, takes the time to make a tourney happen, and even puts his hand in his wallet offering his own money to the community with some nice new ideas. Players respond by not signing up, complaining and whining.

Tourneys are where its at, its where skill is measured, arch-enemies meet, points are proven and revenge is sweet. I hope this tourney gets the attention it deserves

Given the low # of veterans still playing I think it's quite good with the amount we have.

No one here has said anything that has done harm; it's only shaped my motivation and spirit to better this event.

Tokyo offered a helping hand with the tourney but I kindly refused and said he should enjoy playing this over running it. He's dealing with enough stress thanks to me and others so he should kick back.

Just enjoy the tourney and if it goes well I will keep throwing events like this with $ and new maps. This event is a gauge test in part for to figure out how much time and $ I should invest into the community.

If this goes well and FaF can maintain its veterans and add more I'll be happy to do this all again on my own.

Lich, I don't think you can simply force yourself into a team with people by asking in this thread. I recommend discussing it with Turin and Tagada first.
