New Change for 3v3/4v4

So after observing the 3v3 and 4v4 games of the first round, I realized that waiting for people to come online with their whole roster made the process arduous and basically ruined the entire idea of there being a hard set time for people to play. I couldn't even penalize teams because there were some games where neither player in a 3v3 were online at the time.

Because of that, I decided to change the process for these games to make it a bit easier for them to start while also making life easier for the clan leaders that need to organize information weekly.

Basically: The 3v3 and 4v4 are going to happen at a hard time, without establishing a roster. The game will start at the time with whoever the clan has online. Obviously the time can be negotiated so long as both clans agree to a different time. However, if one clan is able to fill a 3v3 or a 4v4 game up at the time and the other clan does not that will be a forfeited match.

Like before, the 3v3 will be BY DEFAULT starting at 15:00 GMT on Saturday and the 4v4 BY DEFAULT at 15:00 GMT on Sunday. Again, if a different time is preferred for the games, then the clan leaders should organize it/talk to me about it.


General philosophy of this change:
"for small games players are fixed but not times
for big games times are fixed but not the players"
