Can someone just clarify for a first-timer here...
The knockouts need to be done by wednesday next week (18th of Jan), right? Does one post the results asap after each game, after the knockouts or only after the challenger-vs-champion game?

Also, the BO5 championship game; are the maps chosen out of the maps lextoc posted earlier or out of ANY map on faf?

You could remove playing cyb only, people do that anyways 8)

Hi twentyseven, glad you joined even though it might have looked complicated.

Correct, you have one week for the knockouts and one week for the BO5 against the Champion. The winner (or loser ...) immediately posts their knockout game here with the result (may be in a spoiler, but not required) and the replay ID, example:

"lextoc won, 2930423"

You'll notice that I set up how the knockouts are played so you'll have to keep an eye on your next opponent, could be you have to wait for two players to finish their game first. (In your case: could be you have to wait for the winner of "C" if you make it passed your first game.)

In the BO5 the maps are not chosen out of a pool so you may choose ANY map you want. However, in the past I set up a pool for this tournament for the BO5 because some players chose very weird maps, could be I have to do this again, I'll see how it goes ...
