Honestly per Mozart's suggestion I may just make WWPC for ppl U1900... I hate to say it but dealing with the "rating bitches" is really making this more difficult than any other aspect.

I have found people looking for good competition under that rating are more hungry than people O1900 who know exactly who to play against.

Well who is going to play responsibly besides you, Jagged? I'm being 100% serious, there is session after session where I have to chase O1900 crowd or wait 3-4 weeks for them.

I can make the WWPC a month-long session, but it just doesn't seem to be necessary.
